IK a lot of it sounds kind of physical but I also used other more manipulative means even though I wasn't very good at manipulation. I definitely regret it since I think 2 or 3 of them would have remained friends with me and they didn't deserve that. Most of them ended up more successful than me or had more friends than me. It just made me realize how low I fell in life after my face turned ugly.
Case 1 Best friend, one time I repeatedly beat him until he started crying to make him cry. In 8th grade, I made him almost late to classes by physically holding onto him, he could not break free because he was physically weak. Said brutal things to him such as nobody will ever care about him if he dies except me and without me he is nothing. Used to call him the hulk ironically and start laughing when I coerced him to arm wrestle me knowing I would always win. When there were girls passing by I would say his name wants to talk to you and they would look at him waiting and he wouldn't say anything, they'd eventually walk away. Kept trying to make him obey me, which he often did out of fear. No longer in contact but ended up most likely NEET with a Computer Science degree.
Case 2 Other friend called him my punching bag, used to punch him in the stomach when I felt angry sometimes would apologize, so he wouldn't tell on me. I used to shock with two fingers on each side, for fun. One time he asked me and my friend to watch over his bag and I threw it in the trash and walked, he got angry I laughed and told him to calm down. I would make him say repetitive shit and laugh at him, sometimes have him carry my stuff like a servant. Scammed him out of money but lost it. Actually got a glow up due to losing weight and puberty, so he has friends, IDK if he got a gf but probably did. Works as a IT tech desk kind of job which is actually impressive since he just got a business degree.
Case 3 disabled guy also had disability so not really punching down. I used to poke him ask him if it hurts and he would often say no so I would poke him harder. Also, shoved him to the ground and kicked him in the balls and got suspended for it, for ratting on me and ditching my friendship. Later played nice to him but always treated him in a condescending way. Once I told him to kill himself when he ratted me out for something. IDK what happened to him.
Case 4 dumb and super submissive disabled guy 1 year younger I played a prank on this guy where I asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up, then he told me he wanted to be a doctor so I was like you cannot if you are in special education, then I said I know how to get him out of the program, he should yell really loud in the classroom and he will get out. He actually did it and he was kicked out of class and I kept laughing at him. IDK what happened to him.
Case 5 low status disabled guy also high functioning autistic. One time I scammed him out of money but mom made me give it back. Also, told him he couldn't hang out with us unless he could make one friend who wasn't also disabled. We used to play in the park and sometimes I would try to push him in the lake for fun, usually when we were running around. I would quiz him about stuff he didn't know, expose his ignorance in a mocking way to make him look stupid. Had a obese sub4 gf whom he had sex with but at least she was White. I think he danced with, kissed and dated girls. Got a degree in liberal arts and became a therapist.
