Serious "Bullies bully because they are insecure"

Has anyone else ever heard someone say this? I feel like I have been told this at least 200 times in my life.
While there were a few bullies in my school who were just barely above incel status, most of them were the popular, good looking, tall jocks who I doubt had much to be insecure about. I think they just enjoyed making the lives of subhumans even more miserable than they already were because they are evil.
IMO the whole "bullies become bullies because their lives are terrible" is just a cope made to stop incels from roping or ERing.

While I do think there are some bullies that do it because of shit circumstances a majority of them are just low empathy (usually from being good looking and having everything handed to them in life) and like being mean.

All my bullies were either older then me or in authority positions. I’m was a mean fighter with superior upper body strength and reach. I was perplexed as to why somebody would want to ‘test’ me. Loved knocking them out like Tyson, but hated the jail part. Many bullies have fragile egos and would snitch. I didn’t get them all, one abusive female teacher got away... I was only 9 years old. Fkn biach is probably dead now from old age. will piss on her grave if I ever find it.

I have too many broken bones from sports injuies nowadays or I would hunt and beat my past bullies again and again on the regular with mask and gloves. Yes, it felt better to beat them twice, sometimes 3x in special cases who needed a heavy dose of PTSD.

Sexual competition and gynocentrism are the main causes of bullying. Bullying is leftover behavior from the matriarchal prehistoric age where it was a chad takes all battle royale. Back then, chads enslaved, killed, and maimed sub8 males to impress foids and because nobody could stop them. Bullying among males is a display of genetic superiority and a gesture of respect towards foids because they like to see chads prove themselves even more than they do by just existing when they are bullying and beating up incels. Every chad bully is a male feminist essentially.

I think the best way to reduce bullying is to separate the genders in school. If there are no foids to impress, there would still be bullying but it would be way less common and severe. It's so funny when you see foids virtue signal against bullying when it's really just entertainment for them and a taste of the oppression they will later witness when the chads the flock around become professional bullies later in life like badgecucks, war pigs, Wall St WASPs.
