For starters, several of those things you named require a degree, like teaching english. I also suspect you've confused "greenpeace" with "peace corps", and that too requires a 4 year degree these days.
Anyway I don't know what the job market is like in your country, but i'd still try to find a job where you already are. One thing I can tell you for sure though is that you HAVE to lie on your resume. Good luck explaining to an interviewer why you have no degree and no job experience in your 30s.
But don't lie claiming to have a degree when you don't (even if you somehow have enough knowledge about a subject to bullshit having a degree in it, they degrees these days) and don't claim to have done anything particularly technical. Claim to have experience at a warehouse, factory, or in retail. Also those are the types of jobs you should be applying for.
They'll ask for your previous employer's info, so this next step is critical. Hopefully in your country, there are some mobile providers that allow you to register a phone number anonymously. If there are, go with that provider, get a prepaid plan, and put that sim card into another phone. That will be your previous "supervisor's" number.
Now, if you have a friend or a family member willing to help you out, have them carry around your extra phone and have them answer as your fictional supervisor. If you don't, then you'll have to act as your own fictional supervisor if they call to verify. In that case you'll just have to pray that either:
A) They don't call at all.
B) The person who calls to verify your "work experience" isn't the person who interviewed you.
C) They don't recognize your voice.
