The chinaman follows the philosophy of "looks > personality". Or in this case, deception. They want to be the greatest social media app that ever was. By using lookism to power their views and entice a whole generation of people that they are not enough. Only those chosen by them (The chinese) are enough. Since the beginning, when they were introduced to a plethora of innovations and inventions back in their mongoloid days. Throughout their history, they've demonstrated a disregard for human life that is beyond our comprehension. It's in their art, their literature, their law, their norms. Their method of warfare is slow and sophisticated. This is why they must be contained: Defense. The Chinese strategy is to delay and deceive their opponents until they are too weak to threaten China's interests.
They do appear more cruel to themselves than to outside groups. Throughout their history they never had much interest in interacting with other peoples other than to subjugate and suppress them if necessary. They found them disharmonious. But I wouldn't count on them to act rationally as a global hegemonic power. There is no reason to risk such a thing. A good example are Cargo cults,
Cargo cults were these isolated island peoples who were contacted by western civilization and impressed by their technology with no understanding. They started to build pretend radios out of coconuts and fake planes thinking that's all it took was to make the image, but also thinking that maybe the "gods" would return. It's kind of fascinating physiological stuff but also very revealing about chinese people.
Chinese culture is centered around this one thought among the insects: "How can I get away with deceiving everyone?" At all scales of their civilization. From the interaction in the family to their geopolitical ambitions.
Sun tzu said it himself, Deceive your enemies
