Long story short last 8 months had a couple of moments when I've been drunk asf, gambled away ~ 1000 euros at once, panicked and gotten pissed off, drank a lot of booze afterwards and made a cut to feel something. However my body does not heal well at all and currently have 3 unhealed cuts. It's hard to accept the reality of such things but cannot do anything about it now.

Yeah, I've learned my lesson. Stopped gambling aswell. Both habbits just leads to suffering and embarrassment.

I don't know where you live but you could go to a private doctor not covered by your healthcare. You pay cash for treatment and they don't report or log it in your files. Else ask on online forums or try to heal it yourself. This is only for still open wounds so they don't get an infection. If that doesn't apply to you ignore.

Those creams work even if the cut is closed. But there will always be a scar left.

They’ll heal quicker if kept bandaged - putting vaseline around the area of the wounds can minimise scarring or the looks of scars but that also means you have to change the dressing more often
