Well, i think it is. But i also know that it may depend on what "beauty" is in your contry. If you had to deal with mass imigration of browns of course their color will have a negative meaning.

But if you are talking about sexual attraction, there are many brown and black woman that are good looking, you just don´t coexist with them.
