There is a lot to unpack here, one about she is trying to pander to incels by begrudgingly admitting looks matter, BUT BUT BUT it is mostly confidence. She actually goes out and says that attractiveness is just "one aspect" of attractiveness to women. She calls these men who complain (ie. us) unattractive because we don't shower, hate ourselves and are too "quirky". One simple rebut, cause and effect. These things are caused by ugliness and ostracization, not the other way around.
The worst part of the video is her dry 4chan-esque humor where she criticized (?) females about being vapid and gold digging yet at the same time tries to call men who want to change their looks via surgery fake. Her reasoning is because the jaw is fake (?). When she uses makeup all the time in her videos (not this one, and it shows how disgusting and non white she looks).

Since the main argument was the pity/confidence issue, getting plastic surgery IS confidence and trying to succeed. If you save, fly out, go to doctors and go through hoops getting surgeries you need that is you trying to get out, and stop taking pity on yourself. How is this being unconfident?
