I've been thinking about how the new administration has been handling the subject of introducing new rules, keeping or updating old ones, re-thinking the status of banned users, granting amnesty to some, denying it from others. I made critical remarks about your activities, but @Fat Link might remember that I was willing to reconsider my position and stand behind the new direction of the forum (my new signature has also been removed, if you notice ). You are in power, you are the ones who handle the pressure and responsibility that are unalianable from this job. I accept that.

But right now, I would also like you to reconsider the bans that two user I hold in high regards (I may even consider them as my friends) received not too long ago.

Azaylias (hardbanned) and DarkMTS (self-deleted after banned)

I know that some among the mods may have had their personal differences with either (or both) of them, but I also know that they are otherwise very valuable users who were generally liked by the community. If we accept the new administration's general stance on second (or third, fourth, whatever) chances, I think I can confidently say that both deserve to be here.

I would like to ask the users in the second group to confirm this, voice their support and help these two users get back their access to the forum.


I generally don't like to refer to the fact that I'm an old user and I've never received a single warning in the more than 4 years I've spent here, but maybe also considering these things could convince the decision-makers that this appeal I'm voicing on behalf of these two users does have depth.

As for Azaylias thats a much harder sell as the guy acted like a fucking prick to me over the Bretty Boy situation that was entirely of Serge's own making and bad judgement processes at the time.

I was essentially just a "bad" messenger of what he was trying to convey but really no one would've been able to calm the mob down or sell Serge's decision to let Bretty stay no matter how erudite or exacting they explained Serge's actual position regarding it during that time as the rules had him gone as they were, dead to rights.

Users were absolutely right to be pissed off.

Just not at me is all.

Also Azaylias has since came back at times and laughed and mocked the site for the problems it was having ie I believe he somehow came back during the doxxing fiasco and laughed or someother time being a total dickhead prompting me to say fuck it and hard ban him.

So...

He just seems like a totally unrepentant shithead that will always seek to fight me and be a problem for me and the forum.

So we're better without him since he can't get control of his emotions and doesn't seem to understand the concept of "missplaced anger".
