Discussion Bossy people in your life hate to see you relax?

Just something that has occurred to me today. I feel like whenever I try to relax... it's like I can feel anyone who is bossy in my life trying to make some kind of move to disrupt it!

What is it about authoritarians and relaxation. They can't STAND it.

THEY can relax just fine, but if someone else tries to they want to either disrupt it or make the person feel guilty about it.

My parents, especially my dad try to make me feel guilty because i rot at home 24/7, not understanding i dont have a choice. Luckily this has no effect on me anymore
