Well for the most part it leads to hedonism and is a terrible way of running society. However as a personal philosophy the reality is it is pretty depressing and upon being blackpilled on everything else nihilism will genuinely have it engraved everything is meaningless. It would eventually lead to a suicide possibly but tbf it would be entirely up to the person
a true nihilist would just rope, if you pointed a gun at a nihilist 99% of the time they are obviously gonna cry in fear like a little bitch, suddenly life is worth living for them if you did that.

It's all a matter of longevity of the black pill you can live with. It doesn't matter tho, since most of us will end up offing ourselves anyway. That's the ultimate end result of the black pill. Nihilism? Sure. But most nihilists don't off themselves, they just become hermits or are complete assholes to others around them / making themselves more depressed, dark, isolated from society.
