Normies like to give us a lot of flak for "not putting ourselves out there" but a lot of us have clearly attempted to escape multiple times. A regular person might get rejected a few times, but EVERY SINGLE ONE of our attempts has ended in failure. Why continue to harbor false hope and put in so much effort for women who don't even see us as people? If insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, then continuing to pursue girls as an incel is essentially insanity.
