This is like every comment section on major subs now. Then again it's been like this for years. And the thing is, whenever I saw comments that ended up getting removed, they were all very moderate, not even offensive or trollish. They simply challenged SJW concepts ever so sightly.

I remember like a year ago there was a thread discussing #metoo and one comment was something along the lines of "I wholeheartedly support #metoo and acknowledge my male privilege but I've been falsely accused before and it ruined my life. I think we just need to be careful about rushing to judgement.". That was the jist of it but I remember he praised #metoo and said he had "male privilege" but that wasn't good enough. False accusations never ever happen, and the post was getting upvoted...can't have that.

These people enforce more censorship than the Chinese government. I'm not even being hyperbolic. There's far more things that expressing the wrong opinion of, or in some cases even discussing at all, that will get you censored than in the People's Republic of China. In china you just need to avoid the explicitly political stuff and dont say anything bad about the country or the government, and you're pretty much good. In the west, soy boys politicize and censor every topic you can imagine.
