The weird thing is, people will usually acknowledge the blackpill as long as it isn't an incel saying it. I've met a few people in real life who'll say straight up blackpilled stuff without a care in the world. It's one of those things that simultaneously acknowledged and disregarded at the same time. People will only start to deny blackpill stuff if someone starts pointing out that this kind of treatment for unattractive men is unfair.
Then people who'd previously been laughing their ass off at the idea of an ugly man, or a short man, will suddenly go all bluepill and say nobody cares about those things. Everyone knows it exists really, but they'll deny it if acknowledging it might somehow damage the status quo, which is why people will always deny it with regards to incels.
It's not cope, this dude is literally their not-actually-gay gay best friend. They pretty much just pretend he doesn't have sexual feelings, he's an asexual eunuch as far as they're concerned.
