There are many studies that show this bias, I won't go find all of them but here is an article about this concept to start off:
Depending on which demographic on women you are targeting (party girls, shy girls, scene girls etc etc) you typically want to have a mix of characteristics perceived as feminine and masculine. It is good to know how to manipulate how you are seen. So what should we take away from this?
The Dangerous Delusion of the Big, Scary Black Man
New research shows black men are seen as larger, stronger, and more threatening than similarly built whites. By Tom Jacobs (Photo: Beth Tate/Unsplash) When a

"For most of the studies, Wilson and his colleagues used a set of photographs featuring 90 male faces — 45 whites and 45 blacks. They portrayed high school football players who were being recruited by college athletic programs. As such, their height and weight was publicly available. In one study, 30 non-black Americans recruited online looked at the photos and estimated each young man’s height and weight. They judged the black athletes as both taller and heavier than white ones. In another, 58 non-black Americans rated the black players are stronger than the white ones. In still another, 168 non-black Americans “judged the black targets as more capable of harm than the white targets.” Another study featured 60 white and 60 black Americans, and found perceptions varied by race. “Although black and white perceptions perceived black targets as more physically muscular than white targets, the difference was significantly smaller for black participants,” the researchers write. However, while white participants judged black men as “more capable of harm,” blacks “did not show this same pattern.” In other words, blacks had the same misperception of black men being strong, but they did not see this as a threat.
- Basically, Black men (more specifically, men with dark skin and "black features") are perceived as stronger, bigger, taller, more threatening than non-black men, when they are of the exact same size and strength. These stereotypical perceptions will extend to hand size, height, dick size, social dominance - everything. The opposite will apply to men who are pale, blond or ginger who will be seen as more innocent.
- Normies/liberals would of course look at this and go "black men are so oppressed, these horrible stereotypes make black men get stopped by the police more" and that is indeed partially true, however what they are ignoring is how it affects their dating prospects. Blackpillers know that being physically imposing and socially dominant is a massive positive in women's eyes, and note that men also, not just women, percieve black men as larger and more threatening, which means they have an automatic advantage in terms of social dominance (mogging). And I don't know about you but I would very much like to have an advantage in fucking women in exchange for getting stopped by the police a few times more in my life.
- You can have you own opinion of where this bias comes from. Personally I think the basic idea comes from the fact that people have lighter skin and hair when they are young, and youth is considered feminine, whereas maturity is considered masuline, so women will be less attracted to most characteristics that are associated with youth. Media and pornography then bolsters this relatively small difference and exaggerates it (this is what most blacked & cuckold porn is based on for example). In the gay community (known to be sexual degenerates) there are like ten black top/white bottom relationships for every white top/black bottom.
- Now, before people respond with "I'm a blackcel white women won't even look at me" and "JBW" I would like to note that these facts don't mean that black men have a huge advantage over white men on the whole. Most women (except the most trashy party girls) don't only look for large, threatening men, but rather want a combination of masculine and feminine qualities. White men are more balanced, with more attractive faces and are slightly taller. They also tend to have more constrast in the face, which is considered attractive. They are obviously also seen as more stable partners.
- I would speculate that white men on average have an advantage in terms of relationships, while black men have a slight advantage in terms of "pumping and dumping". For average men, having a relationship is a much more consistent way to get laid than trying to pick up new chicks at the club, so for the average man it is likely better to be white. However, if you are chad/tyrone, I would speculate that Tyrone has an advantage in picking up promiscuous party girls to have casual sex with - particularly because top tier black men are more rare than top tier white men in the west. I mean let's say you are a fit, well-endowed, 6'3+ tyrone living in a western country - there will literally be tons of white cucks who will begging you to have sex with their gfs/wives even if you have an ugly face (completely disgusting and degenerate but it is what it is).
- It isn't as simple as black and white: a darker white man (say, Italian) will be perceived as larger and stronger than a ginger Irish guy and vice verse for light-skinned vs black-skinned guys. Personally I'd say something like a southern French, Italian or Turkish dude will be the most versatile with most women (think Hasan Piker).
- This dark = masculine, white = feminine dichotomy exists everywhere in the culture, just look at what we wear at weddings - men wear black suits and women wear white dresses (symbolizes innocence).
- Black women (compared to white women) generally have a preference for more men percieved as more masculine and asian women generally have a preference for men percieved as more feminine. Though hood/trashy white girls who are basically culturally black (Kardashians, hiphop, bbl, etc) probably also have preferences more similar to black women.
Depending on which demographic on women you are targeting (party girls, shy girls, scene girls etc etc) you typically want to have a mix of characteristics perceived as feminine and masculine. It is good to know how to manipulate how you are seen. So what should we take away from this?
- Pale guys, particularly blonds and gingers, should know that they are seen as more trustworthy, innocent and friendly but less masculine and physically imposing than darker men. This will most likely give you an advantage in getting hired and avoiding the police but a disadvantage in picking up girls and in being heard in social situations/conversations. I would advice to try to find ways to compensate for this if you want to be successful, here are some ideas:
- Tattoos - they are seen as masculine.
- Color hair/eyebrows dark brown/black - thin blond eyebrows are a major failo and if you have dark hair you can get away with being pale. We need to remove the stigma of men using products/procedures to enhance their looks.
- Tan - if you tan well this is a big advantage, you will look more like a surfer and less like a nerd. Maybe you can even try solarium/fake tan.
- Lift - get big, remember that you will be perceived as weaker and smaller than a darker man even at the same size so you just have to work harder. Perhaps even consider taking steroids.
- Voice - a deep voice will help, can be improved at least a bit with voice training.
- Stubble - stubble has been shown in studies to be percieved as more masc and more attractive, you need good growth though which you could possibly get with products like minoxidil? (I don't know much about it). Full beard can also work on some women especially if you have a bad jaw/chin.
- Height - be tall or wear shoes with high soles.
- Clothes - in no expert but black clothes are seen as masculine, etc.
- Dark/black guys should know that they are perceived as more threatening than a white/asian guy at the same size and strength. This means you will have an advantage in social dominance but a disadvantage in being seen a good long-term mate, and in getting hired. There are studies that show gay black men are hired more than straight black men (opposite as for whites) because of this effect. You can compensate for this when needed, here are some ideas:
- Hairstyles - buzzcuts will generally be seen as more threatening than longer hair.
- Glasses - makes you seem less threatening,
- Clothes - bright/light colors, pastels, pink/blue shirts.
