If say that they have a pimple (or something), then they'd act a little shock (try to get their friends around to fend you off), but then later on they'd feel embarrassed, and check themselves they would themselves in the bathroom mirrors every minute, or they'll try to take selfies, and manipulate some angles to hide some of their flaws. Little things like that, fucks up their minds.
