Discussion Binge Watched Handmaid's Tale in a Week

I decided to binge watch all five seasons of The Handmaid's Tale and honestly, I thought it would be a better system for us incels than this degenerate world we have now.

Gilead pros:
No fornication
Even 15 year olds are married off
Increased birthrates
No birth control or abortion
Women have consequences for their actions
Slut shamed
No social media
No Hollywood
Only healthy natural foods
Clean water
Men get respect and power
Women don't typically work, their work is often a punishment

Gilead cons:
Women must wear very conservative clothing
Mutilation is a common punishment for crimes
Religion is mandated by the State

Given everything, I'd say that relative to my current situation of inceldom, life in Gilead would probably be superior to life in America if a guy has the status of a Commander but even then, guys are guaranteed a bride from the State. A wife is considered a right in Gilead.

Honestly, democracy is the problem. This world has had problems because of democracy. Only totalitarianism can fix things for guys...

Women have proven themselves incapable of responsibility and therefore need their rights reduced to the extreme. It's unacceptable that they can be sluts, steal jobs, and destroy the population by choosing to be whores and sluts for Chads.

The symposium is held at the University of Denay in an independent Nunavit (which was not established as a Canadian territory until 1999), there are professors who have Native American-sounding surnames, and a Department of Caucasian Anthropology at said university.

I love how the sterility plague actually being real and not just a creation of their fundamentalist government to justify their policies makes it completely fail as a dystopia. Societies like Oceania from 1984 are terrifying because they are evil for no reason, Gilead is actually, actively going extinct and its Bible-thumping leaders are just doing their best to stave their country's extinction off for at least a few decades. The most "well, but they are evil," thing about them (apart from the race stuff that's just par for the course for American dystopias tbh) is that maybe it's actually the men, not the women who are sterile, as is suggested in both the original novel and the show apparently. But that barely means anything since regardless, something has to be done to prevent the catastrophic population collapse on the horizon regardless of which gender's infertility is the problem, and the epilogue with Caucasians seemingly extinct or close to it at least in North America just proves that the Gileadian elites were completely right to try to raise their birthrates by any means necessary, because now they are gone, not just as a nation but as a people as well.

Yes, and they are sluts and engage in miscegenation. Foids don't care about anything except sex with Chads, Tyrones, dogs, and other things. They're selfish and have no loyalty. That's what happens when foids are given freedom.
