Besides the literally disabled and mutiliated people I've seen, for me it was this one kid in high school. He was 5'6“ or 5'7”, had an extremely narrow micro-jaw and a non-existent chin that was so bad that all the girls literally jaw mogged him, he was an ectomorph with noodle arms that were so thin and lacked muscle mass that I of all people looked like Mike Mentzer next to him, and he had an absolutely sub-human eye area that were spread out like a sheep's and looked dead and were also big and bulging. Despite his looks though, he was a hyper NT and a jester who could even befriend some foids, but of course he was incel and never had a GF despite his constant jestermaxxing. As far as I know, he's either posting here or currently betabuxxing. Honestly, if I had his looks combined with my neurodivergence, 100% would have roped years ago. Not even surgery could have saved this subhuman's face.
