Had to go to the city center in the morning around 8 a.m to deal with some administrative shit. Usually i only go out after noon and only to drive/work with my vehicle so it was an unusual morning and it was such suifuel. Everyone seems so tense and disagreeable if not hostile. Working girls oozing arrogance and narcissism as usual, not a particle of tenderness or grace left in them while the men either look defeated or forcefully try to "hold frame" which make them look like they got a stick up their arse. For some reason, one of these weirdo stared at me unprovoked for a very long time like somehting was wrong with me as if ugliness was a crime. I haven't even thought this out but i stared back and he stopped. Tbh i could feel like i was ready to administer him a pair of slaps. I could never be happy in such a dystopia. To think that people deal with this shit day to day, with crazy druggies etc on top of it all.

Yesterday i saw like 10 white couples and 9 times out of 10 it was the guy pushing the stroller, it's weird as fuck.

This was for the day before yesterday from morning till dawn, but this short errand it looked no different. Saw 2 couples and both times it was the guy pushing the stroller. Then out of 5 parents i saw alone with their baby 3 of them were guys and they looked miserable and stressed. I really don't see ANY sign of a "patriarchy" outside, just total man compliance and those guys looked like top earners not proles like me.

The cherry on top was when i got back home. I parked my vehicle and was about to make the few dozens steps to reach my door when i heard screaming on the street behind me. Middle aged white foid cussing and violently insulting a car driver for not seeing her as he was maneuvering to exit his parking space. A car driver not seeing you might be annoying but seriously, fuck cyclists. I could tell she was driving as fast as she could : those cyclists assholes are often super entitled and think that defensive driving or indulgence for others doesn't apply to them at all. Weaponized psycho-rigidity at it's finest. So i went back home hearing some amazon Karen cursing someone's mama. I fucking hate going outside.

It does seem like it. I think it worsened with time, with postmodernity/atomization taking over everything, especially since the 80's then it only went dowhill. I want to believe in a time where human grace was present even in big cities.
