The odds in lotteries (if you factor in taxes) and casinos are stacked against you. Poker and trading the markets is a zero sum game. If you gonna bet again try to educate yourself in one of those. If you see a certain Stacy at work? Fix those problems by falling into other habits, say, go driving or to a bar when feeling depressed of heading straight to a casino.
