What are the best exercises to do if you don’t have a bench press or any kind of equipment?

I only have dumbbells—5, 10, 15, 25 lb dumbbells. What can I do with those?
 
Nothing life changing. I used 30s and got a decent amount of muscle, it did fuck all for attracting women. Then I joined a gym and did benchpress for a few months and got even more muscle, it still didn’t do shit. 2022 me mogs current me with muscles and it didn’t get me fucking laid, it’s all a cope

What? I was just asking what exercises do I do without a bench press, just to get started pretty much.
 
For arms I just do curls and hammer curls. Chest you can do dumbbell press or fly. If you want to do both at the same time you can do arnold press or cross body hammer. And legs ig just squat/lunge while holding dumb bells

And how many sets and reps for each set do I do as a total beginner?

Am I supposed to do as many reps until I start to get very tired that I’m unable to do anymore?

That's usually what I do, I have a goal number of reps for each exercise I try to get to that increases whenever I feel capable of surpassing it. Though if you haven't done literally any exercises before you would probably need to do like a test or some shit to see what your base capabilities are for the exercises you want to do
 
Iso holds I guess. You can do them on your bed, basically the same as a benchpress but of course you need more weight and you need to hold them for like one minute at least.

What? I was just asking what exercises do I do without a bench press, just to get started pretty much.
3x8 curls, 3x10 hammer curls, 3x6 reverse curls (where the weight is on your forearm)
 
3 sets of 8 curls each, 3 sets of 10 hammer curls each, etc.?
Yeah whatever is manageable for you. I only said high reps because the weight is lighter. Once you start lifting heavier you usually lower the reps

Dont waste your time doing sports, it doesnt change anything. LDAR instead
 
they call them dumbells because dumb bellends use them
