Porn free for six month now. I mean u sometimes encounter porn while browsing but I didn't searched for it wilfully. I also faped just once week for six months. Obviously never to porn. I didn't go full nofap because I do believe it's healthy. Read it up. So I go for once a week to still get the 'benefits' of nofap and no porn.

And yeah there are no benefits. I don't have more energy or lower inhibition or cleaner skin or any of this stuff people talk about. I feel absolutely the same. Nofap is bullshit in my opinion.

Noporn however can help I guess IF you are addicted to porn. If u use it just to masturbate and don't spend hours each day watching it its totally no problem in my opinion.
