Sleep deprivation has bad long term effects. Would not recommend.

Sleep deprivation is extremely uncomfortable and exacerbates my depersonalisation.
 
Seems pointless to deprive yourself of sleep.
I don't know what i would spend the time on if i was not sleeping.
And if i am asleep at least ibam not concious.
 
Sleep deprivation gives me higher inhibition, not lower. On top on that, it is extremely uncomfortable.
 
It gives the same effect as drunkeness or anti depressants, I wouldn't advise driving or using a chainsaw under such circumstances.
 
Sleep deprivation is used to treat depression weirdly.
 
I sleep 8 hours everyday like a good little boy. My brain has to be at its peak all the time during the day or else I won't understand shit. I have to sleep or else I'll fuck up my courses especially my Rep. Th. class aahhhh
 
It's not that I'm intentionally sleep-deprived. But I have massive problems of sleeping. I wake prematurely because of chronic prostatitis and can't continue sleeping easily. Last time I slept 2-3 hours after being awake 24 hours straight. I don't have any kind of circadian rhythm.

I am 100% sure that I would sleep better if I had a loving GF/wife and had sex. Masturbation helps falling asleep, but I am so sad/angry/depressed that I can't even masturbate. Just went about 3 weeks without masturbating, which is a record for me, when NOT trying to avoid masturbation (instead I tried to watch some PornHub verified amateur couples and masturbate, but could not masturbate, because it made me weep, because I can't ever have that, and even if I could, I've already lost my best years).

i had that idea when i was 14, and did it for 2 years. they were the two shittiest years of my life, but im only 18. getting up in the morning after 2-4 hours of sleep for a year is very abject to say the least. it goes without saying that the reduced attention span and cognitive abilities are debilitating, and you will spend most of the day trying to stay awake. you can kiss goodbye to any lofty ideals or work or school or any long term pursuits you have.
