Serious Being on Social media makes me uncomfortable

I just feel uncomfortable, caught in between having some presence online, and isolating myself and cut off contact with everyone.
I Never had InstaTrash, TrashTok (And don't want to), only been active on 1 platform and even most of that is private.

I just feel uncomfortable with the idea that people can analyze me, judge me, judging a book by its cover.
There are lots of narcissistic people on there, everything is fake. And also, I don't want to be analyzed by whores whether I'm good enough or not, or 'what is he up to'.
It just makes me uncomfortable.
I don't want to be in the spotlight.

I don't know what to do.

I just want to isolated myself, have peace.

In my perfect world, we would only have telegram, WhatsApp and maybe Facebook for people you know in real life.

I need telegram for business related contacts, I can't go without that.

I'd be perfectly fine with simple email, irc and sms, I don't need all the fanciness of those apps, simple messaging should be all there is imo

sometimes, i barely go on social media to look at what normies are doing (they're all the same) only for news. Its kinda like smoking even tho you know its bad for you

Yes, I said telegram is still ok and WhatsApp too, cause I really need telegram for what I do as a 2nd source of income, I've been using it for 6 years and can't go without it.
It cuts out a lot of noise in life.
Those are assets, not liabilities and not self promoting narcissistic garbage

I don't know why I feel like this, I don't think I'm different from the rest, I just see way too clearly of what nonsense it actually is. How performative etc. I don't think it adds any value to my life, net result is me ending up with nothing if I were to have and establish a solid social media presence.
Some people say missing out is a thing, but I don't believe in that.
I'd much rather meet a woman in real life.
It's one of the reasons I'm so obsessed with the pre-2015 era or 2010-2015 years, even though I was 14/15 years old back then. Before those godforsaken Jewish dating apps came around the corner, from my understanding everything seemed more stable and people could actually stay together without much distraction.
It all ties back to the Jews, cause their goal is population decline and lower birth rates, this is one of their strategies to control humanity, I'm a firm believer of that, it makes too much sense they used those apps and internet to achieve this
