On a conscious and on a subconscious level you know your situation is real bad, you are failing on a personal individual level to live a happy fulfilling life and have a happy meaningful relationship. On a subconscious level you are failing to continue your genetic lineage...
To maintain a bare minimum levels of sanity your brain has to work extra hard repressing and blocking all of these things away from the light of the consciousness.


I feel DRAINED of energy 24/7, and most of the time I have a mild headache.

This is just not right.
