- no sex. Us men, normies too not just incels, think about sex hundreds of not thousands of times a day. That's how important it is to us physically and psychologically.
- lack of female validation. If the opposite sex completely ignores you and does not give you validation, your conscious will never be able to feel whole as you will always know you are lacking something.
- porn addiction. This robs you of your free time, gives you ED, and makes you feel even more desperate.
- a woman to help you in your life. 2 heads, 2 sets of hands etc are better then one. Without a woman in your life your going at it alone. There's no one to help you do menial tasks like cleaning while you work on doing things that actually make a difference. Women are hardwired to do things like cooking and cleaning while the man does the important stuff.
Support system from your wife - having a crappy day? Your suppose to have a woman there to help you feel better. As it stands your comfort is to just cry yourself to sleep.
Incels lack all of this. What does it cost you? I'm willing to bet incels live 20-25 years shorter lives then normies. Have more health issues, suffer depression far more often, make way less money, and don't contribute to society much if at all.

I expect in 20 years when inceldom is at a crisis stage the governments will start giving huge tax breaks to married couples to encourage women to drop their standards. However this doesn't fix the tens of millions of broken men society is creating today. We are all going to be far less happy and far less efficient workers.
