i cannot express how much having a terrible skin ruined my life. It all started at the young age, approximately 13 and continues until now as I am approaching my thirtees.

Sometimes it would get so bad on my face that I would have played truant just to avoid being seen with the pimlpes. :feelsrope:

And the normies’ advises did not make it any better „why won’t you just take care of yourself anon :soy::foidSoy:?”
BITCH SHUT THE FUCK UP you have no idea how much money my parents spent on the doctors and medications, I checked hormones - everything looks ideal, even eat like some fuxking athele avoiding all sorts of this unhealthy food and it just doesn’t help. :feelscry: So what I could have let’s say decent face features when scars and acne makes me look like a fucking scarecrow.

It’s over

Sadly male skin is generally thicker, oilier, and more prone to scarring, so acne and scars need a more aggressive approach. Accutane (Isotretinoin) is the only true “cure” for severe acne as it shrinks oil glands and stops acne at the source, typically taken for 4-6 months. The first 1-2 months might be rough with dryness, but acne clears up by months 3-6. An alternative is AviClear, a drug-free laser treatment that works similarly but costs around $3,000. If your acne is gone but you still have scars, treatments like TCA Cross (for ice pick scars), Subcision + Filler or CO2 Laser Resurfacing (for boxcar scars), and Subcision + RF Microneedling (for rolling scars) are effective. For red marks, VBeam Laser or Tretinoin + Azelaic Acid 20% can help. Avoid over-washing, harsh scrubs, and using too many actives at once to protect your skin barrier.

Very good reply, but please always remember that isotretenoin reduces growth hormone levels by 40%, reduces testosterone levels by 40% after a month of consecutive usage with a dose of only 20mg a day. This is very very important

I have been on accutance once and it was amazing for a year or two after but sadly it all came back again
