Theory Being a reject

I'm kind of wondering if I'm just fundamentally a reject and that's why I always seem to fail to get any meaningful social traction.

its puberty + junior high school (aka middle school) is when i really started having no friends and feeling like a loser
i used to walk home, eat for 10 minutes, and walk back during lunch, in junior highschool and in highschool, just to avoid people
then at highschool i moved to a new city and made zero friends the entire time in highschool before dropping out in grade 11
i literally only been inside the cafeteria once when i was forced to in some group project for a media class
