1 queen bee (female)
many female worker bees (all female)
drone bees (all male)
rules of society;
any female can go from a worker bee to a queen bee, they can adopt this role if the conditions are correct
no drones can ever be a queen (obviously)
the workers are needed in society for society of bees to function properly as are the drones
the queen does nothing but sit alone doing nothing productive just consuming and existing
the queen is the only female to mate of all bees
