Venting Been feeling better as I stopped taking Xanax

I've been doing Xanax for about a year now. At first it was great and all but as time went on it turned into a crippling addiction.

As a very anxious person it seemed like the only way to take the edge off. But now I'm off.

So I drink alcohol instead.

I once took alprazolam for 2 weeks straight and after quitting ended up having a massive panic attack + suicidal thoughts

If you're prone to anxiety then maybe antihistamines would help. Its weird but they can occasionally help people with it, especially something like hydroxyzine can be very good for sleeping
