1) be in or sent to a place with good gender ratios, and plenty of young girls around

2) be advised/guided by an excellent role model, giving you expert advice on how best to attract young girls

3) taking full advantage of Just Be First, find a nice girl that is unaware of her smv and equally indifferent to your ugly flaws as you have already attracted her with other means

It is only with these THREE things coming together imo can an ugly young incel ascend into the ranks of outliers, all three must be met which is very hard today.

They're truly incredibly lucky those that make it.
