If you can afford that many at once start off with 2 properties and see how that goes. You could even fix and flip by getting beaten up houses. You dont have to keep them if you can get a profit selling them after restoring them.

You could hypothetically rent 90% of your properties to able men who will pay the bills and 1 apartment to a Stacy... set up some kind of trap for her which she will somehow have to pay thousands to repair the shit she has done, obviously that dumb cunt don't even invest her money on stonks or bitcoin, probably don't even save up money at all so she won't have any ways to repay you... unless THAT way... by playing minecraft survival with you.
