If you must watch superhero movies, watch x-men, x2, xmen first class, xmen days of future past, logan, and the dark knight trilogy IMO. Those films are so formulaic, cookie-cutter and so "Disney" it hurts. I guess you need something to control the masses and make people believe the good guys win IRL. When we were kids we dreamed of being the prince at the end of Disney movies. Now it's saving the world and getting girl at the end JFL. Joker blew them the fuck out in 1 movie.

I don't like cape stuff usually but i greatly enjoyed the batman movie with Heath as the joker, i think he was amazing there. There was lots of subtle stuff, like the Joker telling people different stories about his scars just to fuck with them or his laugh with the hostage. And i like Bale too as batman and as an actor.
