It would be considered an emergency and a cure would have been found for balding decades ago. At least 20/30 years ago.
But since soyciety could give two shits about men. Men are just told to "Just shave it" And "Just be confident" Which is of course dangerous and dumb advice.
At least 95% of all bald men look like soyjak memes. The only way you can even pull off the "Bald Look" is if you're tall have a Chad face and the best skull shape.
But even Chads look far better with hair and no balding signs.
Hair represents youth and looking young. Being bald or balding makes you look at least 10 years older than you are.
