balding is extremely preventable through hair loss drugs, and if you’re not too far in balding, you can do a hair transplant

balding is a choice in 2021

I shave my head with like a #5 trimmer every month or two. I'm too lazy to have much hair tbh, takes too long to wash & dry

Depends on how aggressive your balding is and how sensitive you are to 5ar blockers. There's no easy solution that is side effect free and works 100% for everybody. Not to mention that hair transplants are expensive and not always will give you the desired result.
