Does anyone else suffer from bad dreams?

like just lonelyness and rejection, both from women but also social groups.

this started recently but i have it daily and its impacting my mood and sleep quality.

My dreams used to be my escape, now its daily torture.

weird, when i only sleep for a little amount of hours, im more likely to dream

yh if its gonna continue like this daily, im scared im gonna try to sleep as less as possible, but i rlly dont want to do that cause of the side effects

I’m pretty sure there’s ways you can avoid dreaming like certain sleeping positions, probably worth checking out

maybe but i also dont want that, i want to go back to when i had nice dreams.

but i geuss no dreams is better then bad dreams

idk, sometimes i know im dreaming, so i cant control my actions, but it does feel like i can. wich makes it worse since im forced to just experience it
