'Women also compete with each other '. Imagine a country where all women, let's say, from 18 to 40 y.o. were banned from leaving and forcibly impregnated even against their will. Those who tried to escape would be jailed and shamed their whole life.
No country in history treated women so harshly as men. In previous times women were under pressure to marry and give birth to children but being pressured is not the same thing as being jailed for non-obedience.
Majority of male and female population would reject idea of forced impregnation as cruel and evil and maybe some lonely thinkers would support this idea as a 'necessary evil'.
Because forcing someone to have sex against their will is a horrible while forcing men to kill other men is brave and honorable.
B-but you will traumatize precious little queens with such a cruelty, b-but men need to defend their country and kill enemies and even die and no one cares if this is traumatizing and even lethal. Even if these men are peaceful and don't want to kill someone out of religious beliefs.

This is ultimate blue pilled Jewish conspiracy. Women were not pressured to marry and give birth because if they didn't society would collapse. Past civilizations were much different than today's. In our world the game of nation building is built on economic growth and technological advancement. Medical technology has drastically reduced infant mortality which means states can delay female child bearing years into their mid 20s and early 30s in order to capitalize on their economic output.

In past civilizations nation building was primarily based on population growth rather than economic/technology. Technology basically amounted to having a slightly better shield, spear and sword. Compared to have a larger army this was a loser strategy. So the strongest societies we're the ones able to grow their armies by producing more people. This meant ensuring women had children. However because medicine was very primitive infant mortality rates were through the roof so women had to start having kids as early and often as possible to maintain population size. Yet even this still caused the best societies to barely maintain replacement rates despite women giving birth 3 times as often or more than women today.

Naturally this led to a culture which encouraged women to get married early and have kids. It was a culture that women policed among each other just as fiercely as men did. It wasn't a pressure because on a deep level everyone, including women, knew that this was essential to their survival.
