Recession is hitting Europe too. Just a year ago you could get some nice traditional dishes based on potatoes and meat for 9-10 euros including bread. But now you get more proteins and fat from junk food because the prices are outrageous.what is wrong with simple whole foods, man... rice and meats and vegetables, potatoes and pastas, water for liquids... all of this artificial, processed junk is unnecessary, yes... people only have themselves to blame... no need to eat cereal and drink rubbish... eat like an ethnic...

trying to jew away nutrients from your body is a really dumb idea to begin with (especially with the inflation which was caused by kikes), you will end up spending double trying to fix various fragile bones, gut diseases, and cleaning up the poison leftovers from corn syrup and canola oilmy diet is fairly cheap even with inflation/recession (guess it is both) here in the uk... i eat chicken, rice and vegetables everyday... quite a restrictive diet, but still healthy nonetheless, yes... buying in bulk is best and it lasts for a long while, as opposed to eating processed foods for which the price may seem cheap upfront but over time it adds up...

I only order fast food once every week, i have a large storage where i keep food in bulk.my diet is fairly cheap even with inflation/recession (guess it is both) here in the uk... i eat chicken, rice and vegetables everyday... quite a restrictive diet, but still healthy nonetheless, yes... buying in bulk is best and it lasts for a long while, as opposed to eating processed foods for which the price may seem cheap upfront but over time it adds up...
