Most likely not, because that website is just famous for being a hyper edgy wikipedia just for the lulz and drama. This doesn't mean there are shards of truth in it though, especially how society sees people on autism spectrum; a group of lazy idiots that can be treated but they refuse treatment.

Yes. Don't find it as bad as what redditors think of us, with ED you know that it's only edgy joking (and sometimes good joking), with redditors it's genuine hatred/disdain, look at how these good people on Reddit react when somebody jokes about Nazism/rapes/war crimes - they are completely serious and cannot find anything about that remotely funny and then look how they talk about us. Everyone is protected, only we are treated worse than animals.
The people on ED piss on everyone in a more or less funny manner. Redditors specifically target autistic males for ridicule under the guise of morality (e.g. defending women and their "honor"). Have no problem with this and often laugh at ED/Kekma/etc., laughing about yourself when it's edgy joking/banter is ok, laughing about yourself when hypocritical scum mocks specifically you like on Reddit (in r/IncelTear, r/Neckbeard, r/Niceguys) would be cucked.
