Autists are unable to make friends, become part of social circle or get along with NTs no matter how hard we try.There's no way to reverse abnormal brain structure. NTs can always tell there's something off about an autistic male, doesn't matter if you respond to things normally and just seem withdrawn or introverted, since most communication is non-verbal and our brains are literally unable to catch these signals effectively and mimic the NT's body language.
Even with extensive social skills training and milder autism, interacting with NTs is nothing more than an exhausting performance and you can only act so long before some people catch on to it, you will never truly be able to connect with people and make them like or respect you. You will always be the weirdo, sperg or misfit everywhere you go.
