Hyperfocus, the ability to do the same thing for 10 hours in a row.

In some cases trying to work on the empathy side and be more empathetic puts the autist in vulnerable situations and attracts narcissists and other people who mean harm.

I think these autism moms often cause the autist to become even more annoying to regular people because every autistic quirk is praised and the autist thinks they are the next Bill Gates because they can fix a computer or old appliance.
