On the macro level the most attractive ethnicities (whites) are generally the healthiest while less attractive ones like browns have a higher proportion of genetic defects and shit athleticism. Indians in particular can have the same skin tone as blacks but blacks tend to have a youthful glow while curries look
dull and sickly.

Abos and ashkenazis are the worst when it comes to looks and health.

On the individual level water is wet. Attractive ppl have all the signals of good health.

Youthfulness, no mouth breathing allergies, wider palates, proper bone growth, symmetry, athleticism that boosted HGH during their formative years. They ate right, breathed right and grew right.

We on the other hand look deformed, sickly, or older than we are. :feelsrope:

Good formatting and conciseness makes the post "ice" rather than "water".

I know polynesians are but abos? Arent they all obese
No, that's Polynesians who are mostly obese (but athletic in their own way due to their size and strength). There's lots of abo athletes in aussie rules and rugby league. First non-west-african to break 10 second barrier was half-abo dude.

They ate right
cant say that for all them but yeah toilets who look good for the most part starve themselves or take adderall
chads eat what they want really
if you gave me and chad the same diet of junk food
hed end up aging and looking better of course
in fact it probably wouldnt even do much to his looks

health issues seem to be a common trait of truecels

health issues seem to be a common trait of truecels
it makes sense really
bad bones
lack of motivation
being treated badly
no female validation

so more likely to end up sick

It certainly seems that the typical incels situation creates the perfect environment for issues to arise both mental and physical

Truth.
This article delves into the fascinating world of facial attractiveness, exploring the evolutionary roots of our preferences. It focuses on three key characteristics: averageness, symmetry, and sexual dimorphism.

1. Averageness:

  • Definition: Averageness refers to how closely a face resembles the average facial features of a specific population. In essence, it's about how "typical" a face looks.
  • Research Findings:
    • Studies have consistently shown that faces closer to the average are generally perceived as more attractive. This is supported by research using computer-generated composite faces, where averaging multiple faces often results in a more appealing outcome.
    • The appeal of averageness seems to be a cross-cultural phenomenon, suggesting a biological basis for this preference.
  • Evolutionary Implications:
    • Developmental Stability: Average traits may signal developmental stability, indicating an individual's ability to withstand environmental and genetic stressors during development.
    • Heterozygosity: Averageness could also reflect genetic diversity (heterozygosity), which is often associated with better health and disease resistance.
2. Symmetry:

  • Definition: Symmetry refers to the bilateral similarity of facial features. Perfectly symmetrical faces have identical features on both sides.
  • Research Findings:
    • Studies have shown a preference for symmetrical faces, with symmetrical individuals often perceived as more attractive.
    • However, the method of creating perfectly symmetrical faces is crucial. Blending techniques generally yield more attractive results than simply mirroring one side of the face.
  • Evolutionary Implications:
    • Developmental Stability: Symmetry is considered a strong indicator of developmental stability. Deviations from symmetry can signal disruptions during development, potentially due to genetic mutations, environmental stressors, or parasite infections.
3. Sexual Dimorphism:

  • Definition: Sexual dimorphism refers to the physical differences between males and females. In faces, this includes features like jawline prominence, brow ridges, and lip fullness, which are typically more pronounced in males.
  • Research Findings:
    • Femininity in Women: Feminine features in women (e.g., large eyes, full lips, high cheekbones) are consistently found to be attractive.
    • Masculinity in Men: The preference for masculinity in men is more complex. Some studies suggest a preference for slightly feminized male faces, while others indicate a preference for more masculine features, particularly in contexts associated with short-term mating.
  • Evolutionary Implications:
    • Signal of Health and Fertility: Sexual dimorphic traits can signal hormonal levels, which are linked to health and fertility. For example, high testosterone levels in men can lead to the development of more masculine features, while estrogen influences the development of feminine features in women.
The Author's Conclusions:

The author argues that both evolutionary pressures and the way our brains process information likely contribute to our preferences for these facial characteristics.

  • Evolutionary Pressures:
    • Sexual selection has likely played a significant role in shaping our preferences for mates who exhibit signs of good health, fertility, and genetic quality.
    • Traits like averageness, symmetry, and sexual dimorphism may have evolved as honest signals of these qualities.
  • Cognitive Factors:
    • Our brains may be inherently drawn to certain patterns and configurations, such as average or symmetrical faces, due to the way we process visual information.
    • These preferences may be influenced by factors like perceptual fluency and ease of processing.
