Attitude at work

Does anyone else constantly get told they have an attitude at work just because they’re quiet and introverted? I ask people how their weekend was and small talk but try to keep it at minimum bc i dont care for sports, my politics are way too radical to talk about at work, i work with a bunch of dumbass hispanics and blacks but dont make it known i dont care for them. My weirdo race mixing sheboon loving boss just gave me a whole lecture about how i have an attitude at work and how people have been talking about me. Like wtf?? I come to work on time, anything they ask me to do i move fast and do it without talking back or getting upset, have finished a bunch of shit they needed to get done. I dont understand.

I've never worked but back in highschool I would get called rude and stuckup just for trying to mind my own business and at some point I just decided to embrace it and intentionally act rude to piss them off.

I suggest just telling your whore boss that you are just there to work and go home, that your are civil with your coworkers but not interested in socializing.

It got better overtime be cause they got to know me.

Apparently i’m not one of the boys and i’ll probably be forced out of this job too, i’m only a temp worker but this has happened before. I really don’t know what to do, i can’t associate with dumbass normies at work even worse when they’re black or latino bc you can’t say anything controversial or you’ll be called a racist. So i just mind my business. But it’s still not good enough, they think i have an attitude when i give them a friendly smile, wave and say good morning. I just dont talk about their bullshit or small talk about normie shit
