How do you even manage to eat 3500 calories in a day?
I need to put on weight but I can't eat over ~2000 calories a day whatsoever. If I eat anything over that, I just start getting hiccups as if I'm about to throw up.
 
As former fatcel now dietcel, it’s very easy. Ridiculously easy. A bag of chips for breakfast, something unhealthy for lunch, pizza for dinner, bam 2,000-4,000 calories. Toss in soda and it’s childplay.

Ever since I started dieting and using LoseIt to log what I eat, BEFORE I EAT, I’ve gotten into a much healthier eating habit.
I can't be eating pizzas and chips everyday. I tried making those homemade mass gainer shakes but they taste so fucking bad I just gave up.
Did you just lose weight or did you put on some muscle as well?
 
I’ve lost 107lbs and am still losing more, I will bulk up once I’m at my goal weight. I fully intent on getting weights and a stationary bike afterwards.
Good job on the weight loss.
 
If you want to eat high calories. It's better to eat at night between 5pm to 7pm.
Its call hunter and gatherer diet.
Under eat in daytime and load up to replenish and rebuild during night time sleep.
The aborigines do this and they are all skinny from their walking and hunting during day time.
