I actually thought about this before knowing it was a thing. The moment I felt like I don't want to live anymore is also the moment by body registered this message. I feel like my muscles have lost their vigor, my energy is extra low, etc. However, I am too young for this to actually work, but it wouldn't surprise me if my current mental state would actually kill me if I were old.
