I think it is least active during weekends probably fakecels out partying lol
 
I'm usually on for a while at around 11am EST, intermittently or lurking between 12:30 and 5pm, then on for a while until maybe 7:30pm.
 
At ER time it's the most active. :feelsbaton::feelswhere:
