So let's say we have a guy that is almost perfect in every way when it comes to looks. He has the perfect face with the perfect eyes, bone structure, and jaw. Just a complete giga-chad face. Then he also has the perfect body. Perfect body fat percentage, perfect frame, perfect proportions, etc., and he also has a perfect voice and is the prime age. He has average or slightly above-average money and status.

How short would this guy have to be to be an incel in the United States or Western Europe?

I think there's no clearly defined line but I feel that at 5'5 or so you're short height is one of the first things women notice about you and that you need really good features to make up for it. Especially since there's women that won't even consider dating a 5'8 guy even if he has really good features.
