That sounds terrible tbh, not having a phone in 2024 is literally social suicide.
In my case, I only got a phone at 15. First one was very shitty and could barely handle having Whatsapp. While everyone was talking about the invitations to parties and shit they sent to each other in groups, I was rotting playing on Console and watching TV in my home after school. That severely stunted my social status tbh, and I have no one but my cuck family for that. Specially when they gave my sister one at an earlier age.
I mean in terms of you being in a place with a lot of them around you. Plenty of normies don't get laid until college

If you have zero experience after college, then you'll be rejected solely for failing to perform the correct steps of the complex human mating ritual. This makes it exponentially harder for you to acquire experience. So, it's basically over then, unless you meet a manic pixie dream girl (fat chance), it's truly over. The sun has set, the train has parted, the boat has sailed. It's over.
The exception is when you manage to make a "leap" in acquisition of experience, such as going to SEA or Mexico or whatever and using your status as foreigner to meet, befriend, and fuck foids there. Foids will be more "forgiving" with inexperienced foreigners because their inexperience may be confused with cultural mismatch and given the benefit of the doubt.
Other non-western cultures have similar rituals of coming of age that are not necessarily college graduation. So, failing these rituals get you locked in a childish status that is hard to remove, the specific leap required will depend on the specific culture.
Of course this is all theoretical, assuming an NT male. If you're reading this, you're probably too autistic to pass as NT, in this case it's already over for you.
