Statistically, sociologists use/d specific markers to determine people reaching adulthood. Interesting - and unsurprisingly - people become "adults" at an increasingly old age. Because people marry later and later, move out from their parents later and later, have children later and later and so on.
This trend will probably just continue. In that sense it's also hard to tell when someone becomes an oldcel. My father first married with 17 and then again with, err, I think 25. (My mother). Then he worked, then they built a house.
For him, a 30 year old might have been old ... but these days, it would feel kind weird and wrong to say that a 30 year old incel is old.
So I guess ... maybe 40?

When I was 12, I thought it was 18. Now it seems more like 25.
At 27, you can no longer say you're in your mid 20's. That's when you become an oldcel (but it's over 8 years before that.)
I'd say after 30. At that age everyone else is settling down and having kids.

When I started having real responsibilities - at 21. Once you start careermaxxing consciously, there's no going back.
It depends on how well you age. Some guys begin norwooding and getting fat at 18, whereas others look good into their early 30's. However, I'd say 35+ is oldcel no matter what.
