What are you even doing at a gym lol, some of you guys just torture yourself, buy a weight set and exercise at home, most exercises where you can target muscle groups don't require gym equipment, unless you are trying to get huge, and as an incel curry I doubt you are, as that amount of muscle mass on you is a waste of time and just you coping.

Its too easy to build muscle in these modern times with all the information and tools available to you. Do you know what gyms are really about today............ "THE COMMUNITY", its about feeling like you are a part of something, finding "bros" to get jacked together with, anybody can train at home and get results, and you'd have less distractions and interruptions.

If there is one gym I would join, it would be a planet fitness gym (my thread on that has been deleted lol)

Well i suppose i might be a bit bias towards joining a powerlifting gym because i enjoy lifting heavy. If op is just at it as a hobby then he should probably stick to getting weights and stuff at his house. About planet fitness i cant give my opinion since I've never been to one but i think they only have smith machines and light dumbbells so it really just depends on the type of training op does. Also im sure there would be foids at planet fitness as well
