I blame my parents for the way I am. And I'm not talking genetics or anything. They were so overprotective, but in a subtle way, they didn't want me to go out, meet people and socialize, but they gave me big allowance so I could buy shitload of copes. Thing is, I didn't have reasons to cope yet.
Coping is for the weak. Blackpilling and realizing everything is shit is much better.
